West on Interstate 287 toward Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit #3 (Sprain Brook Parkway). North on Sprain Brook Parkway to Westchester Medical Center. Exit left on Hospital Drive to Medical Center grounds.
 
From Manhattan and Bronx: New York Thruway or Saw Mill River Parkway to Cross County Parkway. East on Cross County Parkway to Exit 6 (Bronx River Parkway). North on Bronx River Parkway to Sprain Brook Parkway to Westchester Medical Center. Exit left on Hospital Drive to Medical Center grounds.
 
From Upstate New York West of Hudson River & Northern New Jersey: New York Thruway to Interstate 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway). East on Interstate 287 toward New England to Exit 4 (Route 100A). North on Route 1 00A (Knollwood Road) to Route 100C (Grasslands Road). Left on Route 100C to Medical Center entrance on right.

NY Thruway to Interstate 287 to Exit 1 onto Saw Mill River Parkway and take Eastview Exit.
 
From Northern Westchester & Upstate New York East of Hudson River via Taconic & Saw Mill River Parkways: Taconic or Interstate 684/Saw Mill River Parkway south to Sprain Brook Parkway. South on Sprain Brook Parkway to Westchester Medical Center exit. South on Route 100 to Hospital Drive. Right on Hospital Drive to Medical Center grounds.
 
From Southern Westchester via Sprain Brook Parkway: North to Westchester Medical Center. Exit left on Hospital Drive to Medical Center grounds.
 
From Southern Westchester via Bronx River Parkway: North to Virginia Road (three traffic lights after County Center at White Plains). Left on Virginia Road to Route 100. Right on Route 100 past Westchester Community College to junction of Routes 100 and 100C. Straight ahead through traffic light on 100C to Medical Center entrance on right.
 

By Train: Con Rail, Harlem Division, to White Plains Station. #40 bus or taxi to Medical Center.
